Hotel's so close to tourist spots like karol bagh. Just a 5 minutes' walk away there was karol bagh subway station. We greatly enjoyed service and facilities and everything supplied for our vacation. Quick customer service...

They picked me up at the airport foc as promised, hence did not have the hassle of trying to find the hotel at night. Room was good and breakfast served as required (any time from 6 am). Anyone needs transport to go anywhere in Delhi or outstation, I recommend calling Mr Naresh at +91- 9910626627 who is relatively honest and not quote ridiculous price (unlike some staffs at the hotel counter).

They did not give the right advice on the best way to visit Jaipur, and everyone was out to try to make money from the guest as tourist. I would respect India more if the people are more sincere and give standard rate for standard services

The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. the breakfast had a good variety of food and was delicious. the hotel was located near a main road which made it easy to travel to different parts of the city.

Our room was not ready when we arrived, even though we had given them our arrival time. When the staff finally cleaned the room, the bathroom was still wet and the carpet was dirty and soaked up all the water.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a TV. The hotel was conveniently located near a hospital which made it easy to visit. the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and made our mornings better.

The hotel was also a bit overpriced compared to other places we have stayed at. Overall we had an okay stay but for the price, we were expecting a bit more.
